As a company that has been built on excellent customer service, we know that getting your item as quickly as possible is extremely important. As all of our products are in stock and on the shelf, we have the ability to get each and every product out to you within hours if needed.

With a great relationship with carriers such as Canada Post and FedEx, we are able to offer you a shipping service that is not only cost effective but also provides fast transit times.

Same-day shipping is a guarantee if your payment is received before 2:00pm EST (see below notes).

Warranty Policy

All products sold are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival (DOA) unless otherwise stated in quote, auction listing, or email.

Returns for all products must be made within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted*. Returns are subject to a restocking fee**. Returns for items that are (DOA) are not subject to this fee.

*We do not accept returns on any items sold AS IS.

**20% restocking fee will apply for all returns unless otherwise stated.
