Q1: I can only see the item price in USD. Is there a way to view a different currency?
Yes, our prices can be viewed in USD and in CAD. Hover over the ‘USD’ in the upper-left corner to select CAD. In mobile view, select the three lines to change currency.
Q2: I have product that I’m selling. Would you be interested in purchasing?
Please feel free to email our purchasing manager with details and pictures of the product you’re selling.
Q3: Are the items on your website in stock?
Yes, all items on our website are currently in our warehouse and stock levels are accurate!
Q4: How much is shipping and how fast will my order be delivered?
We ship using Canada Post and FedEx, with a variety of shipping speeds. Shipping options include next-day shipping (depending on shipping location) for priority needs.
Q5: Are you a distributor?
We are a surplus company, not a supplier or a distributor for any particular brand.
Q6: Your website doesn’t have what I’m looking for. Can you order it?
A6: If you’re located in Canada, then we can definitely look into sourcing a product for you!
